Hissing Breath asana
They can try Ujjayi Pranayama or the Hissing Breath asana that will increase lung capacity as well
as making throat obstruction go away. They can sit cross legged, close their eyes, and start
breathing deeply through the nose. Once they’re feeling relaxed, and comfortable, inhale with full

outward. Then they need to lean forward, tilt their head, and take a deep breath. Open their moth,
extend their tongue, and exhale. While exhaling, they need to make loud growling sound. They should
repeat the ways three times to achieve better result.
If they want to, they can perform the most basic posture of Yoga for snoring. They only need to relax, sit
cross-legged, and make sure that their body is in upright position. Inhale and exhale regularly and hum “ooommm”
with deep voice. This exercise may look simple, but it’s quite good to strengthen the vocal cords and flabby throat
